Great service from front desk. Kind and professional staff. Attentive waiter at restaurant. Received all requests and suggestions

Can't fault the property in any way.

The location of this hotel was perfect for sightseeing, with several attractions nearby within walking distance. the room and bathroom were decently sized, albeit a little outdated. Despite some negative experiences with the front desk staff, a particular employee called Melisa Wong provided excellent customer service and made our stay much more enjoyable. the restaurant provided good food and the breakfast selection was decent.

We had a lovely stay experiencing excellent service from the friendly and professional staff members. From the front desk, Melisa Wong went above and beyond to attend to our needs, suggestions, and minor complaints. We were also impressed with the restaurant team's attention to detail and prompt service during our stay, particularly from our waiter, Griselda, who always made sure we were satisfied. Additionally, the hotel facilities were well-maintained, and the breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options.

During our romantic escape, we enjoyed the great service given by one employee at the front desk. She was kind and attentive, attending to all of our requests, complaints, and suggestions in a professional way. the staff at the restaurant was also friendly and made our stay more pleasant, with the waiter in particular being very attentive. the location was also great as it provided us with easy access to key local attractions.

the spa had unnecessary restrictions on certain facilities, which limited our enjoyment.

The service at this hotel is outstanding. Our requests were promptly attended to by the friendly and attentive Melisa at the front desk. the restaurant service was also excellent, with Griselda providing attentive and kind assistance during our stay. the spa and wellness center offered exclusive amenities such as a sauna, steam room, and indoor swimming pool, creating a luxurious atmosphere for relaxation.

The frigobar lacked a variety of adequate products. this minor issue did not detract from our overwhelmingly positive experience at the hotel.

We had a great experience at this hotel! The service was wonderful, with Melisa Wong at the front desk being particularly helpful and professional in addressing all of our needs. The restaurant was also a highlight, with Griselda providing attentive and friendly service throughout our stay. The location was also convenient for exploring the surrounding area.

We did have a few negative experiences during our stay, however. There were unnecessary restrictions on using the spa, and our room was unfortunately not up to the usual standards for its category.
